Do I need internet?
Yes. Streaming needs a good internet connection at home. Stream TV does not provide internet service, and we can tell you what speed works best for what you want to watch.
Will it work with my TV?
These devices connect to a free HDMI port on your TV. Tell us the brand and model and we will help you choose between HD and 4K.
Does the device include channels or subscriptions?
No. The device is the tool. Paid content comes from apps and subscriptions contracted separately, and we explain each option and its cost before you decide.
Will I get 4K?
Only if your TV, your internet connection and the content you watch all support it. A 4K device alone does not guarantee a 4K picture.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs US$6. We will confirm the delivery time for your area when we quote you.

Yes. We help you set up and begin using your device, and we are there if you need help afterwards.
Are there monthly costs?
The device itself is a one-time purchase. If you add entertainment services, we tell you the monthly cost and any included period before you buy.
